PowerForm — Mobile Three-Phase Power Distribution Unit

PowerForm was born from a critical safety need: the electrical infrastructure used for campus parties and events was dangerously inadequate. Students repeatedly encountered overheating cables, fires, voltage drops, and electric shocks due to improvised power systems.

Designed as a professional-grade mobile solution, PowerForm safely delivers three-phase 63A power over any distance with full IEC compliance. The unit features a wheeled chassis for easy positioning and a detachable input cable system that supports any cable length configuration—current deployment uses 5×25mm² double-insulated copper cables up to 100 meters.

Safety Architecture:

  • Triple-redundant chassis grounding (3×90mm² copper conductors to separate ground points)
  • Individual circuit breakers for all 18 outputs (16A@230V each)
  • Main input protection with dedicated circuit breaker
  • Residual Current Device (RCD) for shock protection
  • Lightning surge protection system
  • Active socket and chassis grounding verification

The result: 43.47kW nominal output (safety-limited from 63A three-phase capacity) with 9.8MVA spike handling capability, engineered to protect both equipment and people in demanding event environments.
